We are looking for a hybrid talent—part traditional designer, part prompt engineer—who understands that the future of marketing lies in the synergy between human creativity and machine learning. You will work directly with our growth teams to iterate rapidly, A/B test ad variations, and produce content that directly impacts revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-converting ad visuals and brand content using AI-powered generative design tools.
- Accelerate the content production lifecycle by automating repetitive design tasks through AI workflows.
- Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to produce A/B test variations that optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
- Stay at the forefront of AI design innovation, continuously testing new tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Execute complex visual concepts into polished assets that align with the Modern Hippi brand identity.
- Manage asset libraries and design systems, ensuring scalability across different digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to iterate on designs and improve overall ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
- Advanced proficiency in AI creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or Stable Diffusion.
- Strong command of industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles, direct response marketing, and ad creative best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a 'growth-first' mindset.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color theory.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and your ability to leverage technology to enhance creative output.
