Globe Telecom is looking for a highly skilled AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in Santa Ana. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our core AI research teams and our business units, ensuring that our AI models are not only state-of-the-art but are effectively deployed to create a 'wonderful world' for our customers and nation.
You will be on the front lines of digital transformation, working closely with stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and architecting robust, scalable AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business problems into technical AI/ML solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for machine learning workflows (MLOps).
- Monitor model performance post-deployment, implementing strategies for retraining, drift detection, and optimization.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the integration of AI models with existing legacy telecommunications infrastructure.
- Contribute to the documentation of model architecture, deployment protocols, and operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices, including model versioning, tracking, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain technical limitations and capabilities.
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
