Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to improve search relevance and ranking accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to define and solve complex search problems.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Information Retrieval.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process billions of events and generate high-quality training features.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure fast response times under high load.
- Monitor model performance and conduct A/B testing to drive continuous product improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of information retrieval concepts, ranking algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Flink).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
