Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with departments (R&D, Supply Chain, HR, Production, Marketing) to identify AI integration opportunities
- Implement machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and process automation
- Conduct data analysis and model validation to ensure solution effectiveness
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential implementation
- Document technical specifications and maintain model documentation
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, or Java
- Strong knowledge of ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
