In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of product development, bridging the gap between innovative concepts and market-ready products. You will lead formulation processes, optimize existing product lines, and ensure that our culinary innovations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and consumer satisfaction. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of food chemistry, and a desire to contribute to one of Indonesia's most beloved brands, we want to hear from you.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing, to translate consumer insights into successful product launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical expert to advance their career in a fast-paced, dynamic R&I environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise the end-to-end formulation process for new food product development.
  • Conduct benchtop trials and pilot plant scale-ups to ensure consistency and scalability of formulations.
  • Analyze physical, chemical, and organoleptic properties of prototypes to meet product specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure all formulations comply with food safety standards and labeling regulations.
  • Manage raw material testing and ingredient functionality studies to optimize cost and performance.
  • Document all formulation processes, research findings, and technical reports for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to maintain high R&I standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in R&D or Product Development within the FMCG or Dairy industry.
  • Deep understanding of food ingredient functionality, food chemistry, and processing technology.
  • Proven experience in handling food formulation projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and statistical analysis software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
