Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise laboratory testing on asphalt samples according to industry standards and company protocols
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports with accurate documentation
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration for consistent, reliable results
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret test results and recommend material improvements
- Stay updated with the latest testing methods and technological advancements in asphalt analysis
- Assist in developing new testing procedures when required for specialized projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 1-2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in materials testing or asphalt analysis
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to work with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures for construction materials
- Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare technical reports
