Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
- Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML models, code, and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning research and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data processing and manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
