In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and processes that enable machine learning models to be deployed, monitored, and scaled efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for machine learning model deployment and monitoring
- Automate the end-to-end ML workflow from data preprocessing to model deployment and retraining
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of deployed AI systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and deployment efficiency
- Implement robust monitoring and logging systems for deployed models
- Manage infrastructure and resources for AI/ML workloads using cloud platforms
- Stay current with the latest MLOps tools, technologies, and best practices
- Document MLOps processes and create runbooks for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar operational roles
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
