- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategy aligned with MAS's regulatory objectives
- Oversee end-to-end AI project portfolio management from ideation to implementation
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical compliance
- Optimize operational effectiveness through AI process automation and technology integration
- Identify and prioritize AI initiatives based on strategic impact and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in AI project/portfolio management or technology leadership
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics
- Proven expertise in developing AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience working in financial services or regulatory environments
- Knowledge of Singapore's AI regulatory landscape and ethical AI standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
