In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between cutting-edge AI innovation and practical business application, driving end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients.
You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to transform ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-powered products. This is an opportunity to shape client engagements, mentor junior talent, and influence the digital transformation landscape in Singapore.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage timelinesâyou will own the product lifecycle, advocate for responsible AI practices, and ensure that every delivery not only meets technical specifications but also creates tangible, long-term business value for our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Machine Learning product lifecycles, from discovery and prototyping to production deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable AI solutions that adhere to security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
- Manage agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities by developing project proposals, effort estimations, and technical solution presentations.
- Facilitate workshops to drive user adoption and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing client workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or delivery management, specifically within AI/ML domains.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle (MLOps, data engineering, model deployment).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI service integration.
- Experience in management consulting or professional services is highly preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSM) are an added advantage.
