Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered features and platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to oversee the full lifecycle of AI product development, from model experimentation to production deployment.
- Analyze user behavior and market data to identify opportunities for AI integration that solve real-world problems.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for development teams.
- Monitor and optimize model performance and product KPIs to ensure high accuracy and user satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs to ensure our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, and evaluation.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML frameworks is a significant plus.
