Shopee is the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. SPX Express is its last-mile logistics arm, committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services. We are seeking a talented AI Project Management Officer to join our Product Management team in Jakarta.
As an AI PMO, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our logistics operations. You will manage projects that leverage machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing to optimize routing, predict demand, automate warehouse processes, and enhance the customer experience. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that these innovative solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with Shopee's strategic goals.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize features, and manage timelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and communicating progress to senior leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage AI-focused projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and applying lessons learned
- Stay abreast of industry trends in AI and logistics to recommend innovative approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in AI/technology projects
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
