In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI data projects, specifically focusing on professional generated content. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and content operations, ensuring that high-quality data is generated, curated, and delivered to fuel our machine learning models.

- Manage the full project lifecycle for AI data services, from initiation to delivery.
- Oversee the creation and quality assurance of professional generated content datasets.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, data science, and content creation teams.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project completion.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data operations.
- Analyze project metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, preferably in the Tech, Media, or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of AI data pipelines and machine learning operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
