The Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) is seeking an exceptional AI Scientist to join our Agentic AI team. In this role, you will spearhead research into autonomous AI systems that can perceive, learn, and act in complex financial environments.
As an AI Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that combine deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems to solve critical challenges in finance, including algorithmic trading, risk management, fraud detection, and personalized financial advisory. - Lead and conduct innovative research in agentic AI for financial applications, including autonomous decision-making systems.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for time-series forecasting, portfolio optimization, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Publish and present research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Design experiments and evaluate performance of AI agents using simulation and real-world data.

Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI).
- Proven experience in reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or deep learning.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading strategies, or risk management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
