Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities using machine learning and NLP
- Develop AI roadmaps and integration strategies for legacy and cloud-based systems
- Lead end-to-end solution deployment including testing, optimization, and documentation
- Provide technical training and change management support for client teams
- Monitor AI solution performance and continuously refine algorithms for accuracy
- Present technical findings and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker)
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, and data engineering best practices
- Certification in AI/ML or enterprise solution architecture preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
