Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise data integration and workflow automation challenges.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and production-grade applications using Google Cloud AI/ML services.
- Collaborate with clients to identify high-impact use cases and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions to enable client teams on GenAI best practices.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work closely with product teams to provide feedback and influence the evolution of Google's AI offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their application to real-world problems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and related services.
- Strong consulting or client-facing experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to architect end-to-end data pipelines and integrate AI into existing enterprise systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management in a technical consulting context.
