Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models.
- Architect scalable software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing EMAPTA platforms.
- Collaborate with international teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
- Optimize algorithms and data pipelines to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot AI system performance in production environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift setting.
- Fluent in English communication skills for effective global collaboration.
