Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of AI and machine learning algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
- Prepare, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
- Train, validate, and fine-tune models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deploy machine learning models into production systems and monitor their performance continuously for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, solution roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Research and implement the latest AI trends, best practices, and optimization techniques to enhance system capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python, and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
