Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise digital transformation
- Implement machine learning models to optimize business processes and decision-making
- Architect scalable intelligent systems integrating AI with existing enterprise infrastructure
- Develop automation workflows using RPA, AI frameworks, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve AI models for enhanced accuracy
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
- Stay current with emerging AI/automation technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience developing AI-driven automation and machine learning solutions
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AI development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and AI model deployment
- Understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
