Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with company-wide digital transformation goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement generative AI and machine learning solutions to optimize BPO workflows.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between IT, operations, and data science departments to ensure seamless deployment of AI tools.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from conceptualization and pilot testing to enterprise-wide rollout.
- Conduct regular performance audits of AI models to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ROI.
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership regarding AI market trends and competitive positioning in SEA.
- Mentor internal teams on AI best practices and foster a culture of technological innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or senior-level technology project management.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in a corporate or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP) applications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
