- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new talent to expand the agency network.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training workshops, and team meetings to enhance professional skills.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to team members to foster professional development.
- Ensure all team activities comply with AIA's policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in sales, leadership, or team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the region.
- Willingness to undergo AIA's comprehensive product and sales training.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
