- Define and optimize operational strategies for AIGC model training pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with AI research, engineering, and product teams to translate model training requirements into actionable operational plans.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI models, from data collection and annotation to training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement robust metrics and dashboards to track model performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Establish clear communication channels and feedback loops between operational teams and AI developers to expedite issue resolution and feature enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations throughout the model training and deployment processes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for future AIGC product initiatives and operational capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AIGC model development and deployment, focusing on fairness, bias, and content quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or similar roles, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or platforms.
- Proven understanding of machine learning lifecycles, model training processes, data pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience working with AIGC (AI-Generated Content) or large-scale generative models is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles, responsible AI development, and data governance best practices.
