- Coordinate and monitor air cargo shipments from acceptance to delivery
- Prepare and verify customs documentation, air waybills, and shipping manifests
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities
- Optimize cargo loading and space utilization for cost efficiency
- Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and local customs requirements

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in air cargo operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in cargo documentation and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
