- Negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with air carriers to optimize cargo capacity and service levels
- Develop and implement airfreight pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and commercial goals
- Overend-to-end air cargo operations, including documentation compliance and shipment tracking
- Analyze capacity utilization data to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure operational compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams to design integrated logistics solutions for key clients
- Monitor KPIs such as transit times, cost efficiency, and carrier performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight operations or airline relations
- Proven track record in negotiating carrier contracts and service level agreements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity planning and pricing models
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, cargo tracking systems)
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and Singaporean customs procedures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships
