Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of all air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, central AC units).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair solutions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats.
- Install new air conditioning units and related components according to specifications and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to AC-related service requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations performed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff on broader facility projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in AC maintenance, repair, and installation, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
- Vocational degree or certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of AC system components, refrigeration cycles, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for AC troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform duties that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
