Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air conditioning systems
- Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to restore optimal performance
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
- Work safely and follow all company safety protocols and industry standards
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Valid refrigerant handling certification is advantageous
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in various conditions
