- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Present air conditioning products with compelling demonstrations and technical explanations
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data for reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and post-sale support
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with proven sales experience
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and HVAC technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driving license with reliable transportation
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Prior experience in B2B or technical sales preferred
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
