Tanggung Jawab
- Install and commission residential and commercial air conditioning systems following manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform preventive maintenance including refrigerant recharging, filter cleaning, and component lubrication
- Repair or replace defective parts including compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical controls
- Conduct system efficiency evaluations and provide optimization recommendations
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts and materials
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and clients on system operation
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Certification in EPA 608 refrigerant handling preferred
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights
- Customer-focused communication and problem-solving abilities
