Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air export operations from booking to final delivery
- Prepare and verify export documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely clearance
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and carrier requirements
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues while maintaining service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and customs officials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight operations or export logistics
- Proficiency in export documentation systems and customs clearance processes
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, IATA regulations, and international shipping protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
