Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end air export process, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and in compliance with customs regulations.
- Serve as the dedicated customer service liaison, providing timely updates and professional solutions to client inquiries and shipment discrepancies.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with local carriers, warehouse teams, and overseas offices to ensure smooth cargo handling and departure schedules.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential delays, providing effective contingency plans to clients.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the internal logistics management system to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding and export operations.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and Singapore Customs export requirements.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
