In this role, you will be the backbone of our air freight operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that global supply chains remain uninterrupted by coordinating airline bookings, optimizing cargo capacity, and maintaining seamless communication with our international carrier partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and confirm airline bookings for air export shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
- Plan and optimize cargo capacity to ensure cost-effective and timely freight movement.
- Monitor the status of shipments from origin to destination, providing proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with airline ground handling agents and internal operations teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process essential air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB) and export declarations.
- Ensure full compliance with aviation security and customs regulations for all air exports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize potential shipment delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air freight operations or a logistics planning role.
- Strong understanding of air export processes, Incoterms, and airline handling procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with freight management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team to meet strict shipment deadlines.
