Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily air export operations to ensure timely shipment processing
- Lead and mentor operations team to maintain high performance standards and KPIs
- Oversee documentation accuracy including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Optimize operational workflows for cost efficiency and service quality improvements
- Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and clients to resolve shipment issues
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and Malaysian customs policies
- Prepare performance reports and implement process enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air export operations
- Proven team leadership experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and customs clearance procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
