Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily air export operations to ensure timely shipment processing
- Prepare and process export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs)
- Handle client quotations, pricing negotiations, and cost management
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms
- Resolve operational discrepancies and maintain service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in air export operations or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and customs regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
