Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air export documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Coordinate dangerous goods (DG) classification, packaging, and compliance checks per IATA regulations
- Optimize cargo receiving, storage, and loading processes to minimize transit delays
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and freight forwarders for cargo space allocation
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Maintain audit-ready records of all export transactions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years air export operations experience preferred
- IATA Dangerous Goods certification mandatory
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills for cargo routing optimization
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
