Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight shipment coordination for assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, overseas agents, and internal operations teams.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB) and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively provide status updates to clients to ensure transparency.
- Resolve any operational discrepancies or service issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records of all logistics transactions in the internal ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in air freight customer service or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of air freight forwarding processes and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Candidates with prior experience in MNC logistics environments are highly preferred.
