You will ensure compliance with shipping regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs, and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end air freight operations, including booking, documentation, and cargo tracking.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as Air Waybills (AWB) and commercial invoices accurately.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or logistical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate shipping quotes and update clients on cargo movements in a timely manner.
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate shipment and customer records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in air freight customer service or logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export/import procedures is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
