You will be responsible for balancing cost-efficiency with operational excellence, leveraging your expertise to secure carrier space and manage cargo capacity effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute daily air freight export planning to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Optimize cargo load planning and maximize capacity utilization across various airline carriers.
- Negotiate and secure space with carriers to maintain cost-efficiency and service reliability.
- Manage the end-to-end export documentation process, including Air Waybills (AWB) and customs declarations.
- Monitor flight schedules and proactively resolve any operational disruptions or delays.
- Liaise closely with warehouse operations and trucking partners to streamline cargo movement.
- Ensure full compliance with IATA regulations, local customs requirements, and DSV internal SOPs.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Air Freight Export operations, preferably within a freight forwarding environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations and IATA standards.
- Proficiency in freight management software (e.g., CargoWise One) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal effectively with carriers and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 airport environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in managing Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is a significant advantage.
