Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end air freight operations including booking, documentation, and customs clearance
- Lead and develop a team of logistics specialists through mentorship and performance management
- Optimize cargo routing and carrier partnerships to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per kilogram, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, customs policies, and safety standards
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, airlines, and freight forwarders
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in air freight management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in cargo handling, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
- Strong analytical skills for route optimization and cost management
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, FIATA) preferred
