Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities to ensure timely cargo movement
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
- Monitor cargo status and proactively address any operational issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and air freight industry standards
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide comprehensive logistics solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air freight operations or logistics
- Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
