Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate air freight operations for the East Region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments
- Oversee daily operations, including booking, documentation, cargo tracking, and customs clearance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handlers, and clients
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to air freight shipments
- Train and supervise operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in logistics software and transportation management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
