Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the daily flow of air cargo through the Air Integrated Centre to ensure timely processing.
- Perform meticulous checks on documentation and cargo manifests to maintain high safety and compliance standards.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and logistics partners, to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and update real-time operational status.
- Ensure all workplace safety and security protocols are strictly adhered to during cargo handling activities.
- Identify and report operational risks to management to facilitate continuous process improvement.
- Support the team in achieving daily performance KPIs and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Nitec/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, air freight, or logistics is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred).
- Ability to perform rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work in a high-intensity, airport-based environment.
