As an Air Hub Specialist in our Baggage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless handling of baggage operations at Singapore Changi Airport. Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently sort, load, and unload passenger baggage according to flight schedules and airline requirements
- Operate baggage handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Monitor baggage flow and report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and security procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of baggage handling operations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize baggage processing efficiency
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to baggage handling
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance operational knowledge and skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
- Physical fitness to handle baggage and operate equipment
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and baggage handling procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling baggage
- Willingness to undergo security screening and background checks
