Your Key Responsibilities: You will ensure the seamless turnaround of aircraft by performing loading/unloading activities, marshalling aircraft into parking bays, operating GSE, and adhering to all safety protocols. You will also use mobile devices and specialized software to input operational data and communicate with the control tower and other teams.
What We Are Looking For: We value a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. No prior aviation experience is necessary as full training is provided. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform aircraft marshalling, parking, and safe ground handling procedures.
- Operate ground support equipment (e.g., belt loaders, tugs, pushback tractors) efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail according to load plans and safety regulations.
- Assist with aircraft pushback and towing operations.
- Monitor flight turnaround processes to ensure punctuality and adherence to service level agreements.
- Utilize digital tools and systems to track and report operational data.
- Collaborate with team members and other airport stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to strict safety, security, and regulatory standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for joining bonus eligibility).
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor apron environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 30kg).
- Comfortable with shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be able to pass medical examination and background checks as per aviation security requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly in English.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Prior experience in airport operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required – training provided.
