Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance and a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Oversee end-to-end air import operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from origin to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and operational challenges.
- Optimize the use of the CargoWise system to streamline data entry, documentation, and tracking processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with all local customs regulations, aviation security standards, and internal corporate policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the air freight/logistics industry.
- Deep, end-to-end knowledge of air import processes and international trade regulations.
- Expertise in utilizing CargoWise (or equivalent ERP logistics software) for daily operational management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of influencing team culture and boosting morale.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are highly regarded.
