Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end air import shipments from arrival to final delivery
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Liaise with customs authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and expedite clearance
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients and internal teams
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational delays through strategic problem-solving
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners for integrated logistics
- Optimize import processes while maintaining compliance with Singaporean customs regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in air freight operations or import coordination
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems (e.g., Tradenet) and logistics software
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with document accuracy verification skills
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
