Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air import operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities to ensure timely cargo release
- Oversee shipment bookings, route planning, and cost optimization for air freight
- Resolve operational issues and exceptions proactively while maintaining SLA compliance
- Train and supervise operations team members to ensure service quality standards
- Maintain accurate records in logistics systems and generate operational reports
- Ensure compliance with IATA, CAAS, and Singapore customs regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in air import operations (supervisor role preferred)
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and MS Office suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore customs procedures and air freight regulations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail under pressure
- Certification in logistics or customs compliance (e.g., IATA/FIATA) is advantageous
