Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and optimization of air network solutions to meet evolving customer requirements in the APAC region.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify capacity gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with global operations and planning teams to align network strategy with regional business objectives.
- Develop and manage high-impact project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff within the planning department.
- Monitor network health and customer service levels, implementing proactive adjustments to mitigate disruptions.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in air network planning, supply chain engineering, or logistics management.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical modeling, simulation software, and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Python, or Gurobi).
- Deep understanding of global air freight operations and APAC market dynamics.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on cost-optimization and service reliability.
