Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the Air and Ocean freight sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Conduct professional presentations and prepare competitive freight quotes tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of Air and Ocean freight market dynamics and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
