Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete airfreight import/export lifecycle from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Prepare and process critical shipping documents (air waybills, invoices, certificates)
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and Singapore customs requirements
- Optimize cargo routing and cost-efficiency for client shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in air freight operations
- Proficiency in customs procedures and documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and air cargo protocols
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, TMS)
