Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily air transportation operations to ensure timely cargo and personnel movement
- Manage and coordinate ground handling teams, flight schedules, and airport liaisons
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance (IATA, CAAP, FAA standards)
- Optimize route planning and resource allocation for cost-effective transportation
- Investigate and resolve operational disruptions and customer service issues
- Prepare performance reports, cost analyses, and operational forecasts
- Train and mentor staff on transportation procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Aviation Operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air cargo or passenger transportation
- Valid IATA/FIATA certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Proven team leadership experience in logistics or aviation environments
- Advanced knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping protocols
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, TMS, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational detail
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
